What is an AI template kit?+
It’s a professionally designed website, based on proven layouts, that we set up with your logo, colours, photos and content. We use AI to help draft and structure your copy, then a person edits and checks everything before launch.
How much does a template website cost?+
There are three monthly plans with no upfront build fee: Starter at R599 a month (a one-page website), Plus at R999 a month (up to 5 pages, with Google setup) and Pro at R1,499 a month (up to 10 pages, with booking or payment links). Hosting, SSL and backups are included.
How fast can my website be live?+
Usually within one to two weeks, once we have your logo, photos and business details.
What’s the difference between a template kit and a custom website?+
A template kit starts from a proven layout and is adapted to your brand, so it’s quicker and more affordable. A custom website is designed from scratch around your business and has more room for unique features. You can start with a kit and upgrade later.
Is the content written by AI?+
AI helps us draft faster, but every page is reviewed and edited by us, using what you tell us about your business. We don’t publish generic filler.
Will a template website rank on Google?+
Yes. Each kit includes the same on-page SEO basics as our custom sites: page titles, meta descriptions, headings, alt text and a sitemap.
Can I edit the website myself?+
We make the changes for you. Every plan includes small changes each month: just send them by email or WhatsApp. Bigger changes are quoted upfront. If you’d rather edit everything yourself, a custom WordPress website is the better fit.
Do I own the website?+
Your domain, logo, text and photos are always yours. The design and build are licensed to you while your plan is active. If you’d like to own the website outright and move it elsewhere, you pay a once-off handover fee after the 12-month minimum (R2,500 for Starter, R3,500 for Plus, R4,500 for Pro) and we hand over the files.
Can I cancel?+
Plans run for a minimum of 12 months, then month to month. You can cancel with one calendar month’s written notice. When a plan ends, the website comes offline unless you’ve paid the handover fee to take it over.
Is hosting included?+
Yes. Hosting, SSL, backups and monitoring are all included in the monthly fee. The only extra is your domain name, registered in your name.
