How much does website maintenance cost?+
Plans start from R350 a month for Basic. Essential is R450, Care is R1,950 and Growth is R6,050 a month.
What is the client dashboard?+
It’s your own login where you can send us change requests, follow their progress and see what’s been done on your website. No more lost emails or WhatsApp threads.
Do unused hours roll over?+
No. Support and maintenance hours are for the month they’re in and don’t roll over to the next month.
What happens if my website gets hacked?+
Regular updates and security scans prevent most problems. If something does go wrong, we’ll investigate and help restore your site. Work outside your plan is billed at our hourly rate.
Can you maintain a website you didn’t build?+
Yes. We start with a health check, fix anything urgent, and then look after it like one of our own.
Is there a contract?+
Plans are billed monthly. Let us know if you want to change or cancel your plan.
Do you maintain Shopify stores?+
